  14. Objectives Identify Innovators who think creatively, laterally and innovatively on issues that they perceive as important. Encourage innovative thinking and problem-solving, rather than open-ended creativity. Provide an incentive to foster team work through means of larger awards for groups. Create a multiplier effect by getting parents and teachers to value creativity and in turn help spread a culture of appreciating innovation in the school system.

  30. Do Not Forget Remember there is no right or wrong! Don’t be practical! Criticising others' ideas is not allowed, taking advantage of them is! Don’t avoid ambiguity! Feel free to err! Think outside the box! Create “we” spirit! Insist that the ideas are “ours”! Be honest in your comments and encourage others to debate! Remember that you represent only yourself!

  31. As Albert Einstein Says If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got We cannot solve a problem by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them. If at first the idea is not absurd, then there will be no hope for it.
