  9. Our Promoters Mr. Karim K Masani (Managing Partner) Supreme Leisure Homes & Farms is headed by Mr. Karim K Masani, who is an architect, he is in this field since 1987.

  10. Apart from designing of Commercial & Residential Buildings for clients since 1989, our promoter Mr. Karim K Masani initiated working for self owned Development Firms by the name of “Supreme Group Of Companies” with Associates. He insures quality and innovation in his every project.

  11. Road to Progress Various Residential & Commercial projects completed by our Promoter Mr. Karim K Masani together with they are as follows:

  12. 1) Karan Villa: Karan Villa is an independent Apartment Building situated at Dahisar was completed in the year 2002. It is a 7 storey building. Karan Villa includes 42 residential units with 10 commercial units.

  13. 2) Viceroy: Viceroy, situated in Dahisar was completed in the year 2004-2005. It consists of two wings 7 storey building . The impressive building offers you aesthetically designed apartments with a harmonious blend of space, light, air and view.

  14. It includes approx 50 residential units & 8 commercial units. With wide well planned roads and a calm, serene atmosphere Viceroy is truly a dream come true.

  24. Miss Swati Karvir (Partner) Supreme Leisure Homes & Farms is also headed by Ms. Swati V Karvir, who is an Interior Designer by profession, she is in this field since 1995.

  25. Road to Progress Various Residential & Commercial projects were designed by our Promoter Ms. Swati V Karvir together with they are as follows:

  26. Mr. Rajesh Thakkar - Architect Worked with Mr. Rajesh Thakkar as an intern for 6 months in year 1994 while completing the due Course of interior designing. Worked on projects at JUHU Hotel & b) J49 at JUHU. 2) Mr. Rajesh Balsara – Architect Worked with Mr. Rajesh Balsara as an interior Designer from the year 1995 to 1996.

  27. During this period she worked on various Residential & Commercial projects with included building elevations , sale plans. While working with Mr. Balsara she worked on 2 bungalows at Kandivali & Lonavala 3) Great Look Designers Pvt Ltd Worked with Great Look Designers Pvt Ltd as an interior Designer from the year 2001 to 2002. During this period she worked on various Commercial projects as mentioned below :

  28. a) Kapol Bank at Bhayender & Cochin. b) Orion at Kandivali : Orion is an approximately 35000 sq.ft structure beautifully designed by our promoter.

  29. c) Standard Chartered Bank – Ahmedabad Branch. 4) Mr. Rajesh Atha – Architect Worked with Mr. Atha from year 2004 – 2005 and carried out various projects. Out of which 6 were residential projects carried out at different locations like Kandivali, Borivali, Vile Parle & Satnacruz. She also designed various Entrance Lobbies of buildings. She also worked on commercial project at Sudan.

  30. 5) A1 Developers Worked with A1 Developers in the year 2004 – 2005 as a free Lancer. She worked on their projects carried out at : Shankar Darshan at Vile Parle(East) Sheraton Heights at Andheri(East) 6) GROUP 9 In the year 2007 our promoter Started her own company in the name Of Group 9.

  31. Since 2007 till today Group 9 is Successfully running by completing various residential & Commercial projects as follows : * Vegas Hotel Vegas Hotel at Manor was beautifully designed by our promoter. Today Vegas Hotel is a famous stop over on Mumbai – Ahmedabad Highway.

  32. * Shiv Yog Developers Our promoter also designed office of Shiv Yog Developers owned by Mr. Ashish Mahadalkar situated at Mahavir Nagar Kandivali. * Residence of Mr. Ashish Mahadalkar at Borivali (West) was also Beautifully designed by our Promoter.

  33. * Supreme Builders & Developers Office of Supreme Builders & Developers at Daulat nagar, Borivali (East) was also designed by our promoter owned by Mr. Karim Rozani. * Residence of Mr. Karim Rozani was also designed by our promoter.

  34. 7) Supreme Leisure Homes & Farms In December 2011 Miss. Swati Karvir joined the Supreme Leisure Homes & Farms as an Active Partner Of the firm. She has also designed the bungalows, Row houses, Apartments for the on going Project “ Vegas Universe” at Manor
