Steps to follow:1. If needed, zero the pointer using the adjustment knob.2. Place object on pan.3. Move the 100g rider, clicking into each notch, until pointer drops below 0.4. Back 100g rider up one notch.5. Continue with the 10g rider. Same as above.6. Repeat with the 1g rider until pointer is at 0.7. Add up the three readings for total mass in g.
