  1. Annual Diwali Utsavcelebration8th October 2011supported by DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, Sec-45, Gurgaon

  2. With Ganesha’s blessings, Cankids…Kidscan celebrated DiwaliUtsav 2011 at DPS Gurgaon. About 1000 children and parents gathered on this joyous occasion.

  3. Children began the festivity by making Diyas, Toran and Greeting cards with the help of DPS teachersmeanwhile parents enjoyed a film in the hall.

  4. Pooja The event proceeded with Pooja while all guests gathered in the courtyard

  5. This Diwali too, children got gifts which they wished for. Keyboards, Computer games, Cars, and about 700 such wish cards were bought by contributors of these gifts.

  6. HIGHLIGHTS OF CULTURAL PROGRAMME Cultural program began with a performance by KCK – group of cancer survivors.

  7. HIGHLIGHTS OF CULTURAL PROGRAMME Cultural program was taken over by students of DPS Gurgaon who truly put on an excellent show with elements of Bollywood, songs, dances and plays.

  8. HIGHLIGHTS OF CULTURAL PROGRAMME

  9. TEAM WORK Joint efforts of DPS Volunteers, Cankids Staff, Parents Support Group and KidsCanKonnect brought together a successful show.

  10. As every year the celebrations in outstation units are to take place: • Rohtak – 15th Oct • Lucknow – 15th Oct • GTB – 17th Oct • MCS Patna – 18th Oct • Other hospitals involved with CanKids all over India are planning Diwali celebrations
