The Ah Ha Moments … Breakthroughs! • Display of curriculum grid for content comparison • Academic counselors role, motivation to apply from the ADN program to the BSN program • Diversity of the universities CSU and private to allow for easier entry to obtain BSN • Seamless articulation for the nursing student • Website for sharing the concept of Take Two and Transfer • Poster to advertise the various universities for reference

I Have a Lump on My Forehead … Barriers • No new enrollments for Spring 2010 and 2011 for the CSU’s • Not able to come to agreement on one to two courses due to each universities requirements • Comparison of lower division and upper division units • Self directed and motivated students • Residency requirements by the university • Territoriality of each university and the master’s of each

  4. Drum Roll Please … Most Surprising Outcome • Still moving forward and enrolling students • New attendee – Kaplan University eager to participate in the collaborative
