  2. Accelerator Access • LINAC will remain on for BLIP. • Booster- am Access only. • AGS- CA 0730-1200hrs. • RHIC Experimental and select areas on RA. Sweeps start at 1200hrs. • RHIC RF area on 1004b control am. AC work in 4Z2 in the am. • RHIC RF Cooling tower cleaning RF on by 1400hrs.

  3. Schedule: • Injectors off at 0630hrs. • BLIP REMAINS ON! • RHIC off at 0800hrs or dump. • AGS secured at 1200hrs. • RHIC MMPS testing begins at 1200hrs. • RHIC areas swept as work is completed or by 1400hrs. • Experiments Swept at 1500hrs. • RHIC secured by 1600hrs.

  4. Major impact jobs • RHIC alcove and PHENIX Air Conditioning. • Substation R, building 929 RF equipment affected. May be rescheduled if parts do not arrive. • RHIC RF tower cleaning. • RHIC generator switch tests.

  5. Reminders: • Be sure to inform the MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR of issues on machines undergoing maintenance. • Approved jobs only-NO JOB TOO SMALL! • Testing period after jobs completed. • Affected groups input for job closeout. • Personnel availability until systems prove operational.
