The Initiatives Proposed to BHEL • BHEL has its state of the art solar cell line and NEST looks up to it for solar cells • NEST is poised to be a major polysilicon player and wish to continue its key role in India. • NEST wishes to consider BHEL as a major associate in working with this supply chain with the intention to get solar cells in return. NEST/BHEL/05-06

  17. To Begin With… • NEST will provide some off-spec wafers received from M.Setek for BHEL to process and offer them on conversion cost basis • About 20,000 nos of 125PSQ wafers will be offered on monthly basis • BHEL may offer its best charges for converting the wafers NEST/BHEL/05-06
