Overview: Core Indicator Preliminary Baseline Data • Must submit baseline data with our 5-year plan to Federal Government by April 1, 2008 • Can always adjust data • The federal government will start negotiating levels after April 1, 2008 with States • Continuously working on all core indicators to ensure validity and reliability (definitions, methodology)
