  2. What is a carbon footprint? The term “carbon footprint” refers to the amount of carbon (C02) we emit individually in a year. C02 is produced from many sources and is the main gas responsible for Global warming and the changes in our climate.

  3. Teenagers: 13.4 tonnes Adults : 17.5 tonnes Average Per Year

  4. Ways to reduce your carbon footprint: SIMPLE WAYS: • Have a shower not a bath. • Carpool or take the bus to school , or simply get dropped off further away from the school if you cant WALK the full way . • Cycle to school. • Never let the water run 

  5. Task: • An iPad will be provided to each table and a Co2 calculator will be open on each one. • Follow the steps and answer the questions filling in your answer, if you don’t know , guess , be honest to get a truthful average of your C.F as nobody is going to see. Thank you 
