  2. When Residents No Longer Can Read or Recognize Loved Ones, Create Picture Books By: • Make Each Book a Theme • Using a 3 Ring binder • Construction Paper • Glue Pictures from Magazine • Family Photos

  3. Themes: • Cats • Dogs • Children • Flowers • Trains • Etc.

  4. If you have a resident who mentions a certain topic over and over, develop a book for that topic. For example, if the resident was a sailor and speaks a lot about boats develop a picture book of boats and sailing.
