Optimized KPIs for Serbian HEIs: Trends, Erasmus+ Project PESHES, and Key Performance Indicators

This article discusses the optimized set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Serbian higher education institutions (HEIs) based on the trends observed in the period November 2019 to February 2019. The KPIs cover various aspects such as success rate in student recruitment, internationalization of HEIs, HE outcomes, capacity for PhD studies, academic staff, research outcomes, non-academic staff, infrastructure, financial resources, student employability, and general student and employer satisfaction. The article also highlights the importance of data from students' and employers' evaluations in assessing teaching quality.
