Social Responsibilities • Exceeding the minimum obligations to stakeholders specified through regulations and corporate governance • Direct involvement/participation in solving society problems • Working alongside government in social development issues • Acts of irresponsibility’s can trigger increased regulations and stringent corporate governance requirements
