1. Grow nominated for Best Design & User Experience for Emirates Woman Website Grow are are incredibly proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for the Seamless Awards 2018! They have also been nominated for the following: Best Design & User Experience: Emirates Woman (Website) We have also been nominated for a second award for our client FlipOut. Best Social Media Strategy: Flip Out The award will recognise outstanding achievements in web and mobile design, development and a seamless user experience. The award will be presented to the most inspiring, user-focused site, app or digital service. Judges will honour holistic design that places an emphasis on people and the entire user experience, and that shuns traditional product categories. Grow took the time to investigate Emirates’ Woman’s target audience, competitors websites & global mentors. They then created blueprints & wireframes in order to carve out the user experience side.The website was then infused with user psychology; elements such as removing the paradox of choice & social proof we’re all integrated to ensure maximum results. The team took their time to ensure a smooth transition; Grow handled the whole development process, which included User Experience testing, compatibility testing (cross-device and cross-browser), bug testing, features testing, integration testing (with ad platform and existing plugins). We also had to test the old website against the new layout, to ensure the 30,000+ existing articles remained intact and still looked good. Grow worked with the Motivate team very closely to ensure it was a seamless transition. Grow produced a highly usable website, with statistics showing the following improvements: 16% increase in sessions 23% increase in pages/session 24% decrease in bounce rate 43% increase in impressions 76% increase in average session duration 114% increase in revenue (estimated) The winners will be announced on April 15th at the JW Marriot Marquis Dubai.
