  1. The printer: it is located in room 1232. It prints up to A0 (42"). Access to the printer: the printer is online. Easiest is to bring your document on USB memory. You also need the 4-digit access code to enter the room. Using the printer: use the attached PC. The PC runs Windows; you need a PC accout in the IT-TS domain. The old user "anst“ no longer works. Size of poster: 100 x 70 cm is a common size that works for most usage areas. Text size: do not use a lot more text than this. This template already has too much text for a good poster. Installed software: PowerPoint and Acrobat reader are available. Always use images in all posters! Paper & ink: please notify the system administrators if you install the last color cartridge or paper roll. Poster templates: PowerPoint templates are available at internt on the department web.
