  4. Purpose of travel (what to do) Prioritize your travel interests! There are many reasons for travel: Cultural; European castles vs. Buddhist temples Eco-tourism; Jungle of Borneo vs. Tibet Mountains War tourism or dangerous places; Afghanistan vs. Syria Leisure; Turkey vs. Thailand Special sport activity (diving, snorkeling, kayaking, surfboarding); Red sea vs. Andaman sea
  5. Climate (when to go) Always check the weather and climate of travel destination! Preferred: dry season or winter. Should be avoided: wet season or summer. Examples:
  6. Budget (what you spend) Prepare your travel budget! Calculate travel day expenses: total amount – air flight tickets / number of days in this country. If you can spend less than 50$ a day you should avoid rich developed countries: Western Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan. Always tune up your travel destination with you budget!
