IT Support Employee Profile WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN… • Knowledge of: • Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 Server OS Microsoft Exchange Server; • Basic Active Directory; • Desktop/Laptop operating system re-installation and configuration; • Desktop/Laptop operating systems fault diagnostics and remote repair; • “How-To” support for supported Desktop/Laptop applications; • Desktop/Laptop application setup and configuration; • PC desktop/laptop hardware support • Patch and upgrade support; • Trouble-shooting and problem-solving attitude • Excellent English • Client-oriented approach • Knowledge of ITIL
