  10. Moot court is a law school activity and competition during which students participate in the preparation and arguing of cases in front of judges. Workshop 1 - 06/4/2013

Writing round • Participating teams submit 2 memorials (memorandum) of claimant & respondent • Oral round + Each oralist is allocated a fixed period of time (20mins) to present the arguments in front of a panel of judges. + The claimant has 5mins to rebut. + The respondent has 5mins to surrebut. LAWASIA INTERNATIONAL MOOT COMPETITION LAWASIA, formed on 10 August 1966, is an international organization of lawyers’ associations, individual lawyers, judges, legal academics, and others which focuses on the interests and concerns of the legal profession in the Asia Pacific region.   16. The 4th LAWASIA Moot Competition was held in Ho Chi Minh City from 9th - 12th November 2009 with 18 teams from Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, US and Vietnam Workshop 1 - 06/4/2013

  17. The 5th LAWASIA Moot Competition was held in New Delhi from 11th - 14th November 2010 with 13 teams from Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Nepal, South Korea , United Kingdom and Vietnam. Workshop 1 - 06/4/2013

  18. The 6th LAWASIA International Moot Competition held in Korea, Seoul 8-12 October 2011 Workshop 1 - 06/4/2013
