Status Overview (History) • “Proposed WTF/CEOP” presented at WGISS held at NASDA/HQ in Tokyo Feb. 12, 2002. • “CEOP Implementation Plan kick-off meeting” held at NASDA/EORC (6-8 March 2002) • Main topic is CEOP overall coordination/organization • Presented “Proposed WTF/CEOP” by NASDA • All info. can access through http://monsoon.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp/ceop/ • NASDA internal discussion in April 5, 2002 • “WTF/CEOP project plan” drafting discussion with Prof. Koike in April 26, 2002
“WTF/CEOP project plan (draft)” presentation at CEOS/WGISS SG in ESA/ESRIN (May 7-10, 2002). “WTF/CEOP project plan” first version finalize in June 2002. Start prototype implementation (NASDA and UT) Demonstration at Plenary in Nov. 2002?? 2. Next Step (Plan)
Co-relation with WTF-Cal/Val (and OTF?) Will be able to use same Infrastructure data sub-setting and distribution 4D data visualization 4D data interoperability For “WTF/CEOP project plan” finalization in June 2002, need to done following. For WTF/CEOP phase 1b (described in Project Plan), need POCs of WGISS from NASA(Terra, Aqua, etc), ESA(Envisat) for data sub-setting and distribution, 4D data visualization and interoperability Prototyping and Evaluation WTF/CEOP Phase 1a (described in Project Plan) proceeding by NASDA and CEOP (University of Tokyo) Need much more discussion!
