About Our Club • Our Chandler Club was chartered on April 9, 1957 • Division number: K2518 • District number: K25 • Club number: K04767 • We have 18 members (as of October 1, 2016) – now 19! • We have weekly meetings, held every Tuesday from Noon-1:00pm at IHOP, Arizona Ave and Ocotillo, Chandler • Board Meetings are 2nd Tuesday each month
About Our Club Last year (FY 2015-16), our club: Contributed over $23,600 to our Community and Kiwanis Missions Delivered over 1,000 service hours Benefitted many youth and children in our Community and Globally

Organizational Structure Our club is governed by a Board of Directors which consists of the club officers and additional directors. Our club is 1 of 7 clubs in Division 18 (Inter-Club, Inner Circle) of the Southwest District (LT. GOV. is Dawn Lang) Our district holds an annual convention each August Our club is a member of Kiwanis International, a worldwide organization governed by a board of 20 trustees and holds an annual convention each June or July
Club Administration Club bylaws define our club structure and operation. Our club membership votes on: • Election of club officers and directors • Amendments to club bylaws The Board of Directors • Determines club policies • Approves club projects • Sets and approves the club’s budget
Finances/Budgeting • Administrative Account • Income from club dues, new member fees and misc administrative fundraisers like 50/50 raffle. • Service Account (Community Welfare Foundation) • Income from public fund-raising projects or contributions and cannot be used to pay administrative expenses of the club.
Club Dues and Fees Our annual club dues amount is $155.00 for FY 2016-17 (Spouses pay no Club Dues & Lifetime Members pay no KI or SWD dues) $52.00 are Kiwanis International dues $40.00 are Southwest District dues $4.00 Directors and Officers Insurance $13.00 provides General Liability Ins for clubs activities $8.00 is a subscription to KIWANIS magazine $38.00 is retained by our Club for Administrative costs
