5 Stages STAGE 1: Aim (1): Familiarisation with the host organisation, it’s processes and the specific areas to be benchmarked Action: Analysis of hard data and desk research Analysis based on interviews with representative sample of relevant employees Aim (2): Design the Benchmark Template Action: Agree the key critical measures and key indicators to be addressed, and their definitions
