In EXCEL… Tip : Delete this row….
Convert Text to Number…. Highlight all data except for the header row…click on yellow diamond and choose “Convert to Number”…. For easier sorting….
In EXCEL….Sorting…. Make sure to click the upper left corner to highlight the whole page before sorting….
Custom Sorting… Custom Sort…allows you to choose multiple sorting options….
Suggestion….print one for you and one for showing parents by hiding the name column
To insert Column…highlight name column, right click and choose insert…
Insert a column with numbers… Type in a “1” next to the first name…
Click and drag to number…. Left mouse click on bottom right corner to get “+” and drag down the column…. Right click on auto fill options and choose
Choose to “auto fill”…. Choose “Fill Series”…
Highlight column and right click to hide column… then print….
