New Features • Grants Management • Revenue and Invoice Processes • The revenue and invoices processes have been enhanced to calculate the difference between the actual expenditure amount and resolve any rounding differences between the invoice and revenue amounts. This will ensure the revenue and invoice amounts reconcile to the award expenditure amounts.
New Features • Employee Self Service • 1095C Statements - Ability to view online • Employees can electronically access to their 1095C statement. • Explicit consent to receive the statement electronically is obtained and stored. • My Pay Methods - Bank Account Verification • To ensure that the employee enters the correct account number, they are required to enter the account number twice and the information is validated
New Features • Human Resource Management System • Federal W-4 forms submitted via Self Service • Ability to print copies of employee Federal W-4 forms if employee filled them out online using Self-Service. These forms may be required in the event of an audit. • Consolidate Payments to Third Party • Ability to roll up third party check payments for common payees like child support disbursement units. Currently a separate check was issued for each employee that had a deduction.
New Features • Oracle Time and Labor • Attachments in Timecards • There are many business scenarios wherein supporting documents are required to substantiate time entry. Users can now add attachments to their timecards. • Checkbox to Confirm Time Entry Accuracy • A new check box is provided on the Timecard Review page. The submit button is enabled when a user selects this check box. • Calendar View of Timecards • A new page displays all time entries with start and stop times or hours in flexible calendar styles
New Features • Oracle Time and Labor (cont’d) • Timecard Dashboard • Prior to this release, timecards can only be exported in PDF format only. Timecard listing can now be exported to HTML, RTF or EXCEL along with PDF format. • A new icon for Timecard Details is provided against each timecard, clicking on this icon opens the timecard details in a new page
