  2. Follow Steps To Setup Extender With WPS Methos Bring the router and extender in the same room and make sure they are not too far in the room. Now plug your Netgear extender into an electrical socket and wait until the LED light turns solid green. Bring an Ethernet cable and put it into the router from one end and into the EX 3700 extender from the other end. After connecting the router with the extender, access mywifiext.local from your device. Login there with your login details or create a new extender account if you don’t have one.

  3. Now the device will show you the available wifi networks. Choose the wifi network which you want to extend through the extender. Now click on the Finish button and your extender has been set up.
