  2. Club Meeting Agenda • Updates on FSC Committees • The Hershey Company Presentation!!

  3. International Festival • This Friday – October 1st • Carpooling from Schaub at 5:00pm • Need volunteers to drive • Please be on time • Bring $3 for your ticket!!

  4. Banner Designs? • We stillneed a banner design! • Tells people who we are • Helps to avoid tailgate directions like: • “… just look for the people in red” • “… we are next to the American flag and red flag”

  5. Virginia Tech Tailgate • Saturday, October 2nd • Tailgate starts at 7:00am • Kickoff is at noon!! • Fairground Parking Lot • Exact location TBD • Location may move if we can’t get parking permits • Regardless of the ticket situation, we will be tailgating!  • Hopefully we will all get tickets in the 2nd round…

How many shifts do I want to work? • 3 three-hour shifts = ACTIVE member • 4 three-hour shifts = free dinner • WE NEED MANAGERS! • You can sign up for as many shifts as you’d like on Monday October 4th • Commitment, commitment, commitment • LOSS of points for no-shows • No points awarded if >20 minutes late DB shift sign-up

  10. Up Coming EventFreezer Move! • We need BIG STRONG BOYS and GIRLS! October 6th at 3pm • Please sign up on the sheet being passed around • We will take you to dinner afterwards!

  11. Everyone can now sign up • Use pencil; last day to change shifts is Monday, Oct. 11th • Leave enough commute/parking time (~45 minutes) before shifts! • Manager Training! • Meeting on Monday, Oct. 11th at 5:30pm in RM 232 • In bar training on the 13th from 11am-2pm

  15. Outreach • November 5: Apex Elementary Science Spectacular • 8:30 a.m. -10:50 a.m. • Refreshments provided • November 9: Science Night at Kingswood Elem. • Free Dinner to those who volunteer!

  17. Public Service • Falls Lake Trail Workday & Cookout  • SATURDAY, OCTOBER 23 • Workday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm • Cookout: 5:00 pm • Sign the sign-up sheet if you are interested. This just commits you to receiving more information
