New Mail Distribution structure in Trondheim Municipality • Conducted from March to October 2013 • One of the measures was to established 2 new Consolidation Units in different districts of the Municipality • Reduction of total driving distance • Better conditions to use electric vehicles • Results: • Total reduction of 20 vehicles • Reduction of 40 diesel vans • 20 more electric vehicles • Reduction of 554 000 km per year • Reduction of 205 t/CO2 per year • Plans for establishing 2 more Consolidation Units
