Notice of Filing Issues Topics of Discussion: Include all job duties and requirements in the Notice of Filing (NOF), even though minor omissions may be excused. Use NOF as guiding document for the case. Be consistent, don’t add extra information to the NOF. Include dates and location posted the NOF, even though one may be able to provide other documentation as proof in an audit. Have original NOF signed and returned as soon as 10 days are over. Ask to see internal media posting right away, instruct client to be sure it does not export to external media, and to check to be sure.
