Fine Tuning yourself! Be Positive! • Avoid negative phrases “How are you doing today?” Correct responses: “Great, “Getting better”, “looking forward to the day” Never: “Horrible” “Back hurts” “Life sucks”
Fine Tuning yourself! Be open to suggestion • If you refuse to listen to suggestions, people will stop giving them to you!

Ownership Ownership is achieved: • Operators look at the operation of the system as their personal responsibility. • Dollars are spent as if they were coming from the operators pocket. • Decisions are made for the benefit of the system not the individuals.
