Diffusion and publicising on conciliation issues organised at national level diffused at regional level • the web site www.equal-sintonie.it was implemented and operates; • many advertisements and brochures were printed and locally delivered

Research delivered at regional level contest survey on VET to check territorial specificities; some interviews to preference witnesses who are VET experts and sensitive to conciliations issues; some focus group with VET operatives to explore conciliation issues with a particular attention towards organisational dimensions and individual differences; a questionnaire for VET staffs – it was a quantity research aiming at “measuring” the conflict work vs life and at checking possible solution to support those who live conciliation as a problem
EQUAL – Second Transnational Conference Tartu 07th – 09th June 2006 …activities/phases undertaken up to now Sensitization of top managers and top executives (just started) delivered at regional level It is a pathway aiming at: sensitizing beneficiaries to conciliation isssues; introducing a different perspective and approach to the topics; increasing and making a thorough knowledge of the topics; organising comparisons, exchanging experiences and outcomes to reach as far diffusion of project’s resultats as possible; contributing to territorial network strengthening
EQUAL – Second Transnational Conference Tartu 07th – 09th June 2006 Foreseen products and outcomes • acquisition of a greater sensitivity and knowledge of reconciliation practices in the whole system of professional training; • the real possibility for male and female workers to use the means that reduce or divide up working time differently; • family friendly times and spaces; • persons facilitating reconciliation measures in charge of the demand for work-life reconciliation.
