Prior to joining Highland Financial Group, Pieter served as an equity analyst at Wells Capital Management in Boston, where he drew on more than two decades of experience for fulfilling his roles and responsibilities as the consumer, media, and healthcare analyst on the Wells Fargo Global Opportunities Fund. He got his career start in 1992 with Provident Bank, Cincinnati, as a sales representative. Later, he worked with another Cincinnati financial institution and then decided to move to the Boston region to work with Fidelity Investments. He also served as an Associate Analyst and Senior Research Assistant at Evergreen Investments for over three years before joining Wells Capital Management.

An Overview of Pieter Stalenhoef’s Remarkable Professional Journey Currently working as a Financial Planner at Highland Financial Group, Wellesley, Massachusetts, Pieter Stalenhoef has had the opportunity to work with some of the top companies in his career. Prior to joining Highland Financial Group, Pieter served as an equity analyst at Wells Capital Management in Boston, where he drew on more than two decades of experience for fulfilling his roles and responsibilities as the consumer, media, and healthcare analyst on the Wells Fargo Global Opportunities Fund (a consistently top-ranked fund that has also received four stars by an independent investment research firm called Morningstar). In addition to handling the Wells Fargo Global Opportunities Fund, he developed models for earnings and cash-flow while collaborating with the international team on new stock ideas.

Pieter Stalenhoef got his career start in 1992 with Provident Bank, Cincinnati, as a sales representative after completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont. Later, he worked with another Cincinnati financial institution and then decided to move to the Boston region to work with Fidelity Investments. During his seven years of service at Fidelity Investments, he worked in a variety of positions handling different responsibilities. As a team leader, he managed a group responsible for resolving issues involving high-value clients. Alongside working with Fidelity Investments, he also completed his Master of Science degree, and in fact graduated the course with high honors. Pieter also served as an Associate Analyst and Senior Research Assistant at Evergreen Investments for over three years before joining Wells Capital Management.

  3. Talking about Pieter Stalenhoef’s life outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities, such as tennis, skiing, cycling, and walking his dog.Besides that,he is an ardent follower of the National Football League’s New England Patriots, and also an aspiring novelist.
