Being a lover of the Italian cuisine, he loves to create traditional meatballs as they form one of the basic elements of so many pasta dishes. He is an aspiring author who is quite passionate about the culinary arts too. Even to this date, he continues to spend most of his time away from work trying out new recipes. Pieter Stalenhoef explains that even though meatballs might look like they are easy to cook, a lot of patience goes into creating some. As he mixes the dry ingredients with some crunchy panko breadcrumbs to get the perfect texture, he preps the meat with eggs and fresh ricotta simultaneously. He uses fresh ricotta to add a tanginess that cuts through the richness. Taking the process further, he combines and kneads all these ingredients to achieve a sheen, non-sticky mixture.
