  3. VRF control system VRF system design principle

  4. VRF system design principle Module design. Indoor unit’s PCB(Printed Circuit Board) receives and collects the information from users (setting temperature, fan speed etc.) and environment (indoor coil temperature, indoor temperature etc.), and organize them to control the action of relevant parts such as EXV, then transmits them to outdoor master unit. Outdoor master unit works out the best running parameters and sends the corresponding orders to slave outdoor units and indoor units.

  5. VRF system design principle Water-level switch temperature sensor • Power setting • Address setting • Indoor fan speed • Evaporator off • Evaporator demand • EXV opening degree • Capacity adjustment • Outdoor fan speed • Protection • Compressor start • Mode control • Address setting • Function check Indoor chips Outdoor chips temperature sensor Pressure sensor Indoor signal Indoor fan speed Compressor signal Swing fan 4-way valve signal RS-485 Water pump Outdoor fan speed Auxiliary heater EXV opening degree Outdoor signal EXV opening degree Function check Display board Digital pipe display
