Had an active discussion in advance on nir-discuss mailing list Open NIR Meeting with attendance of all current NIRs reached a consensus with no objection for accepting this proposal to be implemented No problems with re-opening the acceptance of new NIRs upon this criteria NIR Criteria Document – Conclusion
