  5. Applicant Request • Applicant is requesting to rezone the parcel from ‘AP’ (Administrative Professional) district to ‘BP’ (Business/Professional) district. The rezoning will allow all permitted uses within the BP district, including personal services. The applicant wishes to locate a school for cosmetology in an existing structure on the site. BP zoning exists to the immediate north of the site.

  6. Staff Recommendation • Staff recommends that the Board hear the item and adopt the Resolution (Z-12-13) approving the requested zoning amendment from AP to BP with the bases as noted in the staff report.
