  2. La ley Nº 5140, de contravenciones policiales ES INCONSTITUCIONAL

  3. PORQUE viola derechos fundamentales reconocidos en la Constitución Provincial, Nacional y en diversos tratados internacionales de derechos humanos.

  4. PORQUE lo que sanciona es una forma de ser, la apariencia de un sujeto, su elección de vida...y no conductas objetivas de las personas.

  5. PORQUE tiene como principal sanción la privación de la libertad (arresto) pese a que lo que está juzgando son faltas menores o de convivencia social y NO DELITOS

  6. PORQUEno existe ningún tipo de control judicial inmediato ni da posibilidad de tener abogado/a defensor/a

  7. PORQUE le da al Jefe de Policía facultades de: Acusación Investigación Juzgamiento (Todo en una misma persona)

  8. La ley 5140 es utilizada so pretexto de prevenir delitos, para EXCLUIR, PERSEGUIR Y PROFUNDIZAR EL CONTROL SOCIAL.

  9. POR ELLO, LA LEY DE CONTRAVENCIONES POLICIALES ES INCONSTITUCIONAL

  10. NO DISCRIMINEMOS Y RESPETEMOS LAS ELECCIONES DE VIDA DE CADA SER HUMANO.
