1. Animal Farm: Who do you blame?

2. Mr. Jones Mr. Jones is the original owner of the farm. He has lived a life of luxury at the expense of the Animals. For years now he has neglected his farm and the animals grow weary.

3. How he contributed • Mr. Jones contributed to the failure of the the farm by first abusing of the free and tireless labor that the animals provided to him. • Mr. Jones also did not do anything to help the animals once he realized that they were unhappy. • Jones’ solution was only to silence the rebelling animals with his rifle.

4. Boxer • Boxer is a tireless laboring horse. He is the pride of the labor force of the farm. • Boxer never shies away from putting in a hard day of work. • Boxer is probably one of the most loyal animals to Napoleon

5. How he contributed • Boxer contributed to the failure of the success of Animal Farm by being too loyal. • Boxer might have noticed the discontent of the other animals but never the less Boxer continued to chant his favorite slogans, “I will work harder" and "Napoleon is always right.”

6. Sheep • The sheep were loyal followers of the pack. The loved to chant and sing in favor of who ever was in charge at the time. • The sheep first where happy to sing the anthem of “Beasts of England,” but easily accepted the new motto “Four legs good, two legs bad.”

7. How they contributed • The sheep contributed to the failure of the Animal Farm by simply being followers. • They never really had a strong education. • The sheep simply went with the flow despite the fact that they were also having to let go of their wool.
