  3. 6. After plugging in 30 for x I got 53,903 which means my answer does seem possible because it is increase by about 1000 every year. If I was an analyst I would still use the plug in method. • 7. If congress was to lower the drinking age to 18 the y intercept would increase, but the graph would look about the same.
