“Find the interference:” which of these employer statements made during a union organizing campaign is “interference” under NLRA? (may be more than one…) • “You aren’t getting a raise because the union upset everything” • “We’ll take care of you if you vote against the union” • “We are a family here: we don’t need a union!” • (at meeting)“If you are in favor of a union, raise your hand!” • “Would you speak against unionization at our next meeting?” • “Unions have hurt the economy!”
