  3. 气管横切 低倍镜观察 由三层组成： 1.粘膜层： 1a.假复层纤毛柱状上皮,含杯状细胞。 1b.固有层： 为细密结缔组织. 2.粘膜下层： 疏松结缔组织, 含混合腺 3.外膜： 3a.透明软骨 3b.致密结缔组织 3 3b 3a 2 1 1b 1a

  7. 肺切片低倍镜观察 肺实质由导气部和呼吸部组成。 1：显示导气部的小支气管， 1a：假复层纤毛柱 状上皮，深染的为杯状细胞。 1b：环行平滑肌 1c：透明软骨片 1d：混合腺 2.呼吸部的肺泡囊。 1d 1a 2 1b 1c

  8. 细支气管低倍镜观察 ： 由假复层纤毛柱状上皮及环行平滑肌组成，偶见腺泡或软骨片。 1a:假复层纤毛柱状上皮 1b:环行平滑肌 1c:腺泡 2.肺泡 1c 1 1a 2 1b 1c

  9. 低倍观察 1.终末细支气管： 由单层柱状上皮和环行平滑肌组成。 1a. 单层柱状上皮 1b.环行平滑肌 2. 肺泡 1 1a 2 1b

  10. 呼吸部高倍镜观察： 呼吸部由呼吸性细支气管（1）、肺泡管（2）肺泡囊（3）、和肺泡（4）组成。 1.呼吸性细支气管： 管壁长，肺泡开口少。管壁由单层立方上皮及环行平滑肌组成。 1a.肺泡开口 1b. 单层立方上皮 1c. 环行平滑肌 1a 1b 1 1c

  11. 2.肺泡管： 管壁肺泡开口多, 呈结节状膨大，由单层上皮和平滑肌组成。 2a. 管壁上皮(单层立方或单层扁平) 2b. 管壁平滑肌 2c. 肺泡开口 2c 2b 2a 2 2b 2a

  12. 低倍镜观察 3.肺泡囊： 多个肺泡共同开口,肺泡之间无结节状膨大。 4.肺泡高倍镜观察： 4a.I型细胞： 细胞核扁,着色深。 4b.II型细胞： 细胞呈立方形,核圆形,着色淡,胞浆浅。 3 3 4a 4b 4
