Impulsar a la asociación a una modernización estructural ¿Por qué? • Imagen a los asociados de excesiva centralización • Posibilidades de crecimiento (Iniciación) • Cambio de las demandas de los asociados • Madurez de la asociación • No hay diferenciación clara entre lo ejecutivo y lo deportivo • Baja comunicación entre clubs e importadores (marcas) Proyecto 2008 - 2012

  6. Proyectos para una modernización estructural • Separar totalmente “Poder Ejecutivo” de “Poder Deportivo” • Revisión y Renovación Estatutaria • Revisión y Renovación Handbook Aecar • Crear nuevos proyectos que vinculen al asociado con AECAR. Proyecto 2008 - 2012

Desarrollo nuevos proyectos • Estrechar y potenciar colaboración con Clubes y Marcas. • Involucrar a AECAR en la Iniciación. • Difusión Promocional y explotación comercial de la marca AECAR • Apoyo a Pilotos Internacionales. Viajes, Imagen, etc... • Creación de Base Datos AECAR de Refrees, Cronometradores y Directores de Carrera. Proyecto 2008 - 2012

  8. NUEVA IMAGEN AECAR • LOGO COMERCIAL E INSTITUCIONAL • MERCHANDAISING. Catalogo productos AECAR • IMAGEN DE SUS MIEMBROS Y COLABORADORES. Establecer una imagen a transmitir en circuitos o en cualquier lugar en la que AECAR es representada. Proyecto 2008 - 2012
