Reporting Requirements • Circuit Court (& Family Div.) • All Adult Felonies & High Court Misdemeanors • Juvenile: • Any offense reportable for an adult is reportable for juveniles • District Court • Misdemeanors • 93 Day to 1 Year • 92 Days or Less • Ordinance Cases • Must substantially correspond to a state statute
