Federal agencies through their IT Capital Planning process and business case submissions to OMB have identified resources that aggregate to a total of $10 billion for development, modernization and enhancement for all LOBs. Of this amount, $1 billion was for FM, HR and Grants.
The LOB effort provides opportunities for agencies to work collaboratively to implement shared solutions through a common target enterprise architecture in FY 06.
