But I don’t know if the message has been received.” • In the email, Michael McKay describes what he believed to be a plane burning at high altitude, about 50 to 70 km away from his location. • Effect: causes family members of the passengers to be in grief when the reality is still not confirmed. • Issue : social because the information is not confirm yet. (information rich, information poor)
