  5. COMPA MISSION, VISION, VALUES • MISSION: • We want to build a secure future for our shareholders, employees and community. • VISION: • A company that brings local industrial tradition among players in the global automotive industry. • VALUES: • understanding and respect for the client • building a high performance organization • self-confidence • compliance with the laws • honest communication • respect for the environment • investment in people

  6. COMPA STRATEGY • higher added value for customers based on diversity of skills (CNC machining and high precision assembly) • development of high complexity automotive products and services • develop as an integrated supplier for its clients (heat treatment; surface protection; forging) • expand the non-auto businesses (industrial equipment, processing and assembly equipment, stamping, tools, springs) • finding new important clients in order to increasingly secure Compa’s future

  7. COMPA PRODUCTION SYSTEM (CPS) The continuous improvement – Kaizen ensures application of continuous improvement techniques across all existing processes and activities within the company. One of the goals of top management is implementation of Compa Production System in the entire company. COMPA Production System (CPS) is a method designed to help each department and workshop to grow towards excellence. COMPA has chosen to use a house to illustrate the production system and to build a strong house requires human knowledge and perseverance, the desire to do the job well and last but not least, teamwork. To ensure the sustainability of CPS house for a long time, we must first build a solid foundation and then build the pillars of the house. Foundation of the house is made up of five elements: Teamwork, 5S method, Standards, Muda Elimination and TPM and its pillars are: TFM, Employee involvement, TQC and TSM.
