  14. Questions? Traveler’s Club Inc. What if we don’t want all of the phases? You can pick and choose between the phases. - Maybe you never want to eliminate the printed version of the magazine. That’s ok, you can still put it online each month with very little trouble and still do the printed version. - Once Phase 1 is complete and you have a landing page, you can pretty much decide how many of the other phases you want to do and when.

  15. Questions? Traveler’s Club Inc. What about our employees? • Initially we will use most of the current employees to: • Create and update the database. • Copy the articles from the back issues of the magazine and create the PDF’s • Copy the resources for the Made For U Map packets and create the PDF’s • You can use attrition and not replace employees as they leave. • Once the website and database is complete, employees can work on research for the magazine or the database.

  16. Questions? Traveler’s Club Inc. What is the timeframe for this project? The landing page can be up and online in just a few days. As can the discussion forums. It will take longer to create and fill the database. I would suggest that it go online in about 2 months with whatever information we have been able to load. Then we can continuously update it as resources are ready. It will really depend on how much time employees have available to prepare the documents.

  17. Questions? Traveler’s Club Inc. How much is this going to cost? It depends on what your final decision on project is. If it were just for the landing page – it would be $200 for the web design plus the hosting fee of $60 per year plus the domain registration of $10 per year. If you decide to do more, then the hosting would be more for storage, bandwidth and a secure server – about $30 per month and my web design and project management services at $30 per hour.
