  1. Other Allowances/Perks Children Education • Reimburse 50% of children’s education in Xiamen schools only up to maximum of USD 8,000 per year per child for up to two children.

Other Allowances/Perks Insurance • Life insurance of maximum indemnity of ￥800,000 (approx USD 120,000). • Accident insurance of maximum indemnity of ￥1,500,000 (approx USD 225,000). • Medical Insurance (BUPA) – (optional) 50% co-payment of premium up to USD1,300. • Basic Social Insurance - according to related Chinese Labour laws and regulations

  3. Other Allowances/Perks Training Bonds • Initial type conversion course: USD 16,000. • After checking to line, company holds salary of USD 4,000 each month, up to 4 months. • Type rated & has flown such aircraft type within the previous 5 years, but has not flown such type for more than 1 year upon commencement of the employment contract: USD 10,000. • After checking to line, company holds salary of USD 2,500 each month, up to 4 months. • Bond will be frozen by Xiamen Branch of Bank of China till the end of the contractual period or with the Company’s prior written consent.

  4. Other Allowances/Perks Travel • Max. USD2,000 reimbursement of air fare to attend selection process (passed line training). Failed candidates reimbursed upon receiving receipts & bank account details. • Max. USD1,500 reimbursement of air fare to start employment in Xiamen. • Max. USD6,000/year travel allowance • Pilots’ Concessional Tickets: 2 free tickets + 3 ID75 ticket (all excl. taxes) • Family Member of Pilot: 1 free ticket +2 ID75 ticket (all excl. taxes)

  5. Duty Pick-Up Other Allowances/Perks Housing • Allowance of RMB 7,000(approx. USD 750 ) per month • Free 30-day hotel accommodation including daily meals on joining • Freeduty transportation between defined pick up points & Main Operations Base.
