Chinese Manufacturers are its Victim • Eventually Solarworld and other 7 US panel manufactures filed trade petitions again Chinese module manufacturers including countervailing and antidumping on October 19, 2011. • US DOC announced 3%~5% countervailing tariff on Chinese cell panel on March 26th. • The antidumping tariff will be announced on May 18th that is supposed to higher than the countervailing tariff. • However, 2% cannot represent 98%>>> We Love Efficiency to Save Your Money
