Concept Statement • Living in the 1950’s in Baltimore Hedda Gabbler is a woman with strong expectations of herself and the life she wants. Unlike her progressive attitude of herself and what a woman can be, her society and social castrates tell her other wise. Fighting that internal and external force Ibsen's play comes to life
