  2. What is CALMAC? TheCalifornia Measurement Advisory Council provides a forum for: • development, implementation, presentation, discussion, and review of • local, regional and statewide market assessment and evaluation (MA&E) studies (both utility sposored and third party). for California energy efficiency programs using Public Goods Charge funds. We are currently adding Demand Response, and Distributed Generation studies to the Searchable Database.

Searchable Database Features • 669 unique studies from 1990—present: • 7% from 32 recent Third Parties contributions. • Appendices automatically retrieved with studies. • 1994—present: all studies have downloadable files. • A clean database for more accurate searches. • Simple Search by key word with Boolean operators: • “Help” file tells users how to use the operators (AND, OR, NOT). • Custom Search by category • Search by whole words or partial words. • Sort the results by program year or publication date.
