2. Current Members • Michael Bagnoli- Senior in Management (F&E) • Matt Hetzel- Junior In Management (F&E) • Trevor Barnes- Sophomore in Accounting • Matt Mabry- Biomedical Engineering • Jacob Witteveen- Senior in Management

3. History • UIG was established in the Spring of 2011 • We were founded to help students learn and study the Markets outside of the classroom environment so we could share knowledge and learn from each other. • We have recently developed our website and will have it display officers and other pertinent information such as group members and meeting times.

4. Mission • Purdue Undergraduate Investment Group hopes to build a fundamental understanding of world markets and for members to teach and learn from each others’ skills, knowledge, and experience.

5. How we plan on Achieving Our mission • We will set-up simulated games between group members. • We will have groupdiscussions • You get as much out of it as you put in • Presentations on Thursdays by any group members willing to present their ideas or knowledge

6. Benefits and roles • If you have proved that you are an active member in the group and are constantly participating your investment strategies and security choices will be strongly considered in UIG’s strategy. • The more you get your ideas considered you are going to have a stronger chance of getting into an officer position within the group. • Officers not only get to make the real money investment decisions, but also have something that will look very good on a resume, managing real life funds for an investment portfolio.

7. Officer Positions • President- He will mainly be the face of the group and come up with ideas to further group and serves as tie breaker in decisions. • Vice President- assists president in all activities, does administrative work for president, sets-up and organizes meetings. • Treasurer- keeps track of all funds for UIG and decides how to allocate funds, tracks portfolio funds. • Secretary- Keeps track of all notes for meetings and records all actions by the group and attendance. • Recruiting- Markets the group and is always looking for new members to join. • Fund-Raising- Is in control of coming up with funds for the group and setting up events to raise more money

Current Goals • We hope for this to be a learning experience for everyone • Further or knowledge on investing • To gain Active market experience through Virtual Stock Exchange • Plan to beat the average market return • Simulate real corporate world structure and environment • Share investing Ideas

9. Future Goals • Increase number of active members • Schedule Business and Investing Professionals for speeches and learning workshops • Set-up a real money portfolio • Field trips to the Chicago Board of Trade and local fund managers • Maintain relations with alumni to network to help members gain internships and careers in business related fields • Integrate club ideals into the classroom
