  23. Academic Support Services If you have an IEP or need support services they are available. It is your responsibility to find out about them.   30. Step 2: Gather Information Needed to Apply • Application Access Code Letter • Review Instructional Videos • eINFO Website • Apply Online • Review and Change your 101 Online Application • Responding to Offers of Admission • Review Important Dates

  31. Step 3: Apply • Go to www.ouac.on.ca. Select OUAC 101 Current Ontario High School Students. Use the information in your Access Code Letter • Change your temporary PIN to a personal password. • Complete all sections of the application. • Review your selections before clicking “I Verify and Agree”. • Submit with payment, well before the 101 application deadline and any university program-specific deadlines. • Record the OUAC Ref. # and keep it in a safe place.
